Marketing Strategies in the Implementation of Product Sells in Small Company: Cases Studies in Company Amaaraa.Id

This study attempts to determine the best marketing plan for boosting product sales turnover at the Amaaraa.id company in Makassar City. Observations, interviews, and documentation of research objects are utilized as data gathering techniques in the qualitative descriptive research approach. The data is then analysed using SWOT analysis. According to the research’s findings, the Amaaraa.id Enterprise’s turn-around plan in the city of Makassar is based on SWOT assessments that are in Quadrant III. Companies have good prospects, but they also have internal flaws that they can address by changing their tactics. Thus, this approach enables continued expansion, increased growth, and maximal advancement.

Social Media Utilizations in SMEs Context: Review Paper

Numerous comprehensive investigations have been carried out regarding social media usage, yet the factors driving its adoption within organizations, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), remain unclear. Specifically, internal, and external social media usage. Previous studies have predominantly concentrated on individuals or the use of social media by large corporations. As a response, the present review seeks to provide an encompassing perspective on the utilization of social media and its advantages for SMEs. It systematically combs through pertinent research articles on the integration of social media within SMEs, drawing from reputable databases like Web of Science and Scopus. This search employs specific keywords such as (“social media” OR “Facebook” OR “Twitter” OR “Instagram” OR “social networking sites” OR “External social media” OR ” Internal social media”) AND (entrepreneur* OR “SME” OR “small business” OR “small and medium”). The ensuing articles scrutinized in this review delve into the subsequent aspects: (1) the objectives driving social media employment in SMEs, (2) the publication year, (3) authors’ nationalities, (4) publishing journals, and (5) how the present research enriches the existing literature by furnishing an exhaustive assessment of viable options and pinpointing gaps in research. Consequently, this exploration offers researchers and innovators enticing prospects to cultivate new strategic implementations by extensively examining the significance of social media and its multifaceted advantages across various dimensions of SMEs.

The Indonesian Government’s Efforts in Overcoming the Negative Consequences of Rent Bank Practices in Giving Credit to Customer

The competition in the banking industry is tighter, as well as the existence of rent banks. Financial institutions are segmented into formal and informal financial institutions. Informal financial institutions are prevalent in rural communities and among small entrepreneurs. This study focuses on disclosing the strategy of Indonesian banks in responding to the existence of rent banks. The research method used is empirical legal research. The data obtained were analyzed using deductive methods, namely processing data from primary and secondary data sets. The study results indicate that Rent Bank is a financial institution that serves as a temporary buffer for families with a weak economy even though the interest charged is very high. In responding, there is a need for stimulation and assistance for efforts to revitalize and strengthen traditions that reduce poverty and problems arising from the existence of rent banks. One way is to carry out cultural management that is inherently community and government assistance to traditions and traditional institutions that can reduce poverty.
