Analysis of Key Indicators for Reach, Act, Convert, and Engage (RACE) in Social Media Platforms for B2B Companies in Indonesia Using the AHP Method

B2B marketing involves the sale of products or services between companies, utilizing strategies at the corporate level. In this context, information plays a critical role and has evolved to adapt to modern times. Digital Marketing Communication leverages the latest technology to deliver integrated, efficient, and measurable communication, aiming to build strong relationships with customers. This study aims to analyze and provide recommendations for social media marketing strategies within a B2B company, focusing on selecting the most suitable social media platform for digital marketing activities. The approach centers on the use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is applied to determine the most influential criteria in social media marketing. Key criteria such as reach, act, convert, engage are identified through surveys and interviews with digital marketing experts. The AHP analysis provides a structured approach to evaluating different social media platforms and strategies, helping companies make informed decisions about which platforms will be most effective. The results indicate that the AHP method can yield effective and efficient strategic recommendations for managing social media marketing activities, ultimately reducing the company’s marketing costs. These recommendations are expected to guide B2B companies in optimizing their social media marketing campaigns in the future.

Teaching’ Language Skills with Comics: A Case Study in Adolescent Girl with Deafness

The present study the structured and differentiated teaching of language skills through virtual representation with comics to a deaf high school student according to the pedagogical point of view of [TISIPofSET]. In the work cases it is investigated whether the language teacher can teach a deaf student the text with targeted steps teaching with comprehension exercises of graded difficulty and with learning readiness activities of mental abilities. More specifically the study focuses on teaching through the comic game that is “played” with fixed and moving cards in the personalized dossier which use as a 3D cognitive engine.

The methodology of the case study of the deaf student is oriented towards the educational model for disabilities and applicate the pedagogical tool TISIPofSET. According to this, the teacher applies the pedagogical principles that state that it is a Targeted, Individual, Didactically Structured Differentiated, Inclusive, Special Education Program and Training in the secondary for the deaf. With the intervention methodology of special educational needs [SENs] for deafness, the teacher in the secondary class differentiates the events and dialogues between the characters and the comedian, according to the text, individualizing memory and concentration skills so that the student to understand the content of a specific text with the illustrated rendering of the Homeric epic.

Results present data from evaluation files of five instructional interventions focusing on visual memory readiness, student imagination, text comprehension, and memorization with differentiated instruction through comic card games. In the conclusions it is noted that interventions in language skills from the neurodevelopmental areas of mental abilities and emotional organization support bilingual differentiated and balanced teaching.

Evaluation of Prevention of Patients at Risk of Falls in Nurses in Inpatient Department: A Qualitative Case Study

Patient safety is an essential component of quality health services. However, patient care still has shortcomings, especially in patient safety incidents such as patients being injured due to falls. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of prevention for patients at risk of falling in nurses in the inpatient department in a hospital setting. This qualitative research with a case study approach was conducted from February to April 2024 in a government hospital in Lampung, Indonesia. A total of 20 informants consisting of 10 implementing nurses as the primary informants, one head of nursing, one secretary of the Committee for Improving Quality and Patient Safety, five heads of inpatient rooms, and three patients at risk of falling as supporting informants were recruited purposively. In-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and observations were conducted for data collection. Thematic analysis was used for data analysis. The implementation of prevention of patients at risk of falling in nurses in the inpatient department has been employed in the form of providing facilities, facilities, and completeness of the assessment form for patients at risk of falling, and the existence of standard operational procedures on prevention of patients at risk of falling. However, some of the available facilities are damaged and must be repaired. In addition, some nurses still need to learn how to conduct a fall risk assessment. It is recommended that the director and hospital management immediately improve facilities to support the implementation of fall risk prevention and that there be regular training for all nurses related to filling out fall risk assessments in the hospital.

Financial Impact Analysis of Carbon Pricing on Geothermal Power Plant Project Investment at PT PLN (Persero)

Climate change is a significant global challenge, mainly driven by greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The energy sector is a major contributor to GHG emissions, accounting for approximately 73% of global emissions in 2022. Within the energy sector, electricity emitted 13 GtCO2 or contributes approximately 35% of global emissions related to energy. To address this challenge, PLN, a state-owned electrical utility in Indonesia, has declared a roadmap to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2060. The company has also implemented some strategic initiatives to achieve the goal. Carbon pricing is one of the key efforts that enable PLN to receive incentives for reducing GHG emission while also enhancing financial performance. This study examines effects of implementing a carbon trading mechanism on the financial metrics of a 110 MW Geothermal Power Plant project investment. The results demonstrate a 13.58% increase in NPV, a faster payback period from 8.37 to 7.67 years, and a 0.31% rise in the MIRR. These results indicate the potential improvements in project investments financial performance that PLN can achieve while still aligning with global environmental objectives.

The Influence of Social Media Marketing Activities on Brand Equity and Customer Response on Laidlunos

The Indonesian cosmetics industry is expected to experience sustainable growth from 2023 to 2028, driven by a growing interest in health and beauty among the public. This increased awareness has led to higher revenues in the beauty and skincare sectors, especially for local skincare brands. With 213 million internet users and 167 million active social media users, social media plays a crucial role in brand marketing in this industry. Despite producing more content, Laidlunos has struggled to increase social media engagement. This study investigates how social media marketing impacts brand equity and customer response to Laidlunos in Indonesia’s growing cosmetics market. Using a quantitative approach with causal and descriptive objectives, the research surveyed a non-probability sample of 385 respondents. It proposes that various aspects of social media marketing, including entertainment, interaction, trendiness, customization, and risk reduction, have a positive influence on brand equity and customer response. The study aims to improve Laidlunos’ social media strategy by identifying the factors that contribute to brand equity and elicit positive customer reactions. By examining these dynamics, this research provides insights into optimizing social media marketing to enhance brand equity and customer response in the Indonesian skincare sector.

A Content Analysis of Deixis and References in Jakarta Post

The purpose of the research is to examine the deixis and references of various types in the Jakarta Post. The thematic analysis was used to analyze four Jakarta Post article. In this study, the qualitative method was applied. The findings indicated that numerous types of deixis were detected in the Jakarta Post, including person, spatial, time, discourse, and social. Social deixis was a predominant type. Another outcome was a reference. The anaphoric and cataphoric references were discovered in the Jakarta Post, while the anaphoric reference is being predominant. In short, the majority of Jakarta Post authors used social deixis and anaphoric reference to provide comprehensible information in the written text.

Assessing Organizational Restructuring and Crafting Solutions to Manage Workload in Shared Service and Support Unit – PT Telkom Regional III

This study aims to evaluate the impact of organizational restructuring on employee workload and satisfaction in the Shared Service & Support Unit of PT Telkom Regional III. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative data collected through questionnaires, secondary data, and open surveys or discussions. The analysis results indicate that the average weekly overtime hours increased from 3 hours to 6.7 hours, with 43% of employees reporting a significant increase in workload, 43% indicating high stress levels, and more than 71.4% feeling burdened by their tasks since the restructuring. Furthermore, the factors causing excessive workload were identified using a Fishbone Diagram, which included a 55% reduction in the number of employees from 22 to 10, inefficient work processes, and a lack of technological investment. Based on these findings, workload management strategies were developed using the NASA TLX method and job design principles. These strategies include task redistribution, enhanced employee training, and the use of technology to automate manual tasks. The implementation of these strategies is expected to reduce excessive workload and improve employee well-being and satisfaction, thereby supporting operational efficiency and overall organizational success.

The Effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable: Case Study on Tokopedia

Transactions on e-commerce have become a common habit in society. Indonesia had approximately 196.47 million e-commerce users, and this number is predicted to continue increasing. The total value of e-commerce transactions has reached Rp 453.75 trillion, and Tokopedia is among the top five e-commerce platforms with the most visitors, totaling 1.2 billion visits. However, Tokopedia has recently experienced a 31% decrease in visits compared to the previous year, and many users have expressed dissatisfaction. Based on these issues, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and perceived ease of use on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable with the object of research Tokopedia. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing descriptive and causal analysis. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method, resulting in 400 respondents who fulfilled the requirements applied in this research. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 3. The findings of this research indicate a positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use and service quality on customer loyalty, both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction. The model used in this study explains 55.8% of consumer loyalty behavior towards Tokopedia, which falls into the moderate category. Tokopedia should enhance the quality of services offered to users and ensure they encounter no difficulties while using the Tokopedia application. The objective is to improve customer satisfaction on Tokopedia, ultimately leading to increased customer loyalty.

The Impact of Social Media Communication on Brand Association and Repurchase Intention in Local Beauty Brand in Indonesia

People’s demeanor and interactions in Indonesia have progressed into more digital, thus businesses and companies have shifted their marketing efforts to digital marketing. The objective of this investigation is to determine the effects of SMC on brand association and repurchase intention for a beauty brand in Indonesia, given the significant changes in people’s behavior and interaction caused by the use of digital technology, particularly social media, as well as the rapid growth of the beauty industry in Indonesia. 290 samples were gathered utilizing an online survey form. Purposive sampling was employed to ensure respondent validity, and the results were assessed using SmartPLS 3.0’s structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. This study discovered that social media communication had a positive and substantial effect on repurchase intention through brand association, with company-generated content having a stronger influence on repurchase intention than user-generated content.
