The Analysis of Knowledge to the Skill of Health Cadres in Carrying Out the Early Detection of Pneumonia in Sick Children in the Working Area of Public Health Centre, Belimbing Padang City

Under-five year children  death  in Indonesia due to pneumonia are 32 per 1000 live birth.  Data in 2018  in West Sumatra, the prevalence of ISPA was 5%, pneumonia rose to 2.5%, in the city of Padang in 2018, the number of pneumonia sufferers were 3,196 under-five year children (3.91 %). In public  Health Center, Belimbing the cases of respiratory tract infection is ranked first among the ten most common diseases (53%). The aim of the research is to analyze the knowledge to the  skill of cadres regarding the early detection of pneumonia in under five year children. This research design is a cross-sectional study. The population in this research were  55 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires and observation sheets. Data processing was used by editing, coding, entrying and cleaning. Univariate analysis was made in frequency distribution in percentages, and bivariate analysis used the Chi square test (CI 95%). The research results showed that there is a relationship between knowledge to health cadres’s skill, with  p-value (0.004). It is hoped that cooperation will continue the program for sustainability and conduct continuous evaluation to reduce pneumonia.

Nowadays, the role and position of political leaders in state management and community life is one of the most urgent issues. The skills of the mass media, especially the authors, are important in conveying the political processes of each country and the activities of political personalities to the audience. This scientific article provides information on the author’s skill, method and approach in the interpretation of political portraits in press and internet publications. The point of view, role, participation, and position of the author were studied on the example of scientific and journalistic materials published in local and foreign publications. In the theory of journalism, the relevance of the political portrait genre, methodological methods have been researched.

Reluctant to be Educational Leader

Our study investigates the leaders’ challenges looked at by current educational organizations. Universally, the requirement for top-notch academic administration has never been more noteworthy. However, developing proof recommends that hardly any academics are quick to lock-in. In this study, we explore scholastic educational leadership at the principal of a school from organizational and scholarly viewpoints. Our objectives are to explain early job academic approaches and positions towards scholastic educational leadership, what may lie behind these, and make proposals about how to support their future enthusiasm for scholastic educational leadership.
A privately respondent included, which was the principal of a school in Malaysia. The information was gathered from interview questions and utilizing meeting strategies dependent on semi-structured questions. Meeting information was dissected through a precise coding procedure to discover themes. In view of the examination of these topics, the most noteworthy subjects that developed reliably are hierarchical culture measurement, trailed by vision, strategic, authoritative objectives measurement, trailed by a common duty measurement, and the least is the element of reluctant leadership practices. The school vision, crucial, objectives were shared among individuals in the arranging and performance of exercises. Be that as it may, as a type of leader dependent on shared exercises, there are still spaces for improvements, for example, common belief, familiarity, and input of duties.
