Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture, and School-Based Management to Improve the Quality of Elementary Schools

This study aims to examine the role of principal leadership, organizational culture, and school-based management in improving the quality of elementary schools, both separately and simultaneously. The sample size was 121 public elementary school teachers. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique was descriptive and causal with multiple linear regression. Primary data processing was assisted by the SPSS application program. In an effort to improve the quality of elementary schools, this can be done by optimizing principal leadership, organizational culture, and school-based management. Policies related to this optimization can be implemented separately or at different times or carried out simultaneously. Policies related to optimizing organizational culture to improve the quality of elementary schools should be prioritized over principal leadership and school-based management.

Effect of Principal’s Emotional Intelligence Management on Principal’s Leadership Quality: A Literature Review

Emotional intelligence management skills offer leadership qualities that are sufficient to advance an organization and to achieve its goals. Therefore, the skills to manage emotional intelligence must be possessed by a leader, including principal. The importance of emotional intelligence management for principal’s leadership attracts researchers to do a literature review study. There are several articles that discuss the principal’s emotional intelligence management. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence management on the quality of school principal’s leadership in the world. Based on the results of literature reviews from various countries in the world, most of the studies show that emotional intelligence management has a positive and significant influence on the quality of principal’s leadership.

The Influence of Principal Leadership toward Teacher Performance: A Literature Review

The objectives of this research were to examine the Influence of Principal Leadership toward Teacher Performance. This research consists of independent variables (Principal Leadership) and the dependent variable (Teacher performance). This research was used a qualitative descriptive method by Literature Review. Data collected by a search engine, google scholar, to search the articles with keywords. Principal’s leadership and teacher performance. Based on the results of the literature review we found that there is the influence of principal leadership toward teacher performance across various countries, in general, it can be concluded that there is the influence of principal leadership toward teacher performance.
