The study explores marketing strategies for increasing sales of oncology-based medical equipment in private hospitals in Indonesia. Using qualitative methods, the research analyzes internal and external factors influencing purchasing decisions. The study highlights the importance of product quality, pricing strategies, and after-sales support. Recommendations include product differentiation, improved after-sales support, and participation in local medical events. These strategies are aimed at enhancing the market position of PT Sehat Healthcare Indonesia in the competitive landscape of Indonesian private hospitals.

The Decision-Making Journey of How-to Making Cooperation with Solar PV Developer Company to Install Solar PV in Indonesia: A Qualitative Study

This study explores the current purchasing behavior of companies in forming partnerships with solar PV developer companies (B2B), using a decision journey methodology. It investigates the impact of implementing renewable energy, particularly solar PV, in Indonesia, as well as the encouragement from local government to accelerate solar PV development. Additionally, Indonesia’s substantial solar PV potential has intensified competition among solar PV development companies to capture new markets. PT. XYZ aims to expand its market share using the decision journey methodology, driven by a significant market gap of approximately 300 trillion compared to its two main competitors.

Through qualitative analysis, including interviews with five representatives from a large company in the business electricity sector with over 50 tenant companies, insights were gathered into the diverse decision-making processes within this service category. The findings underscore the importance of tailored marketing strategies based on product attributes. Overall, this research illuminates evolving consumer behavior in forming partnerships with solar PV developer companies through a B2B market approach, offering valuable insights for strategic marketing.

Proposed Business Strategy Improvement for Project Management Consulting Form (Study Case: PT ABC)

PT ABC is a service company in the field of project management, established in 2005. It operates with three main businesses: project management training, project management applications, and consultancy services. Project management is a crucial element for executing projects effectively within a company. In various industries, there is a growing demand for knowledge and consultation on how to manage projects efficiently, leading to the emergence of companies specializing in project management consultancy, such as PT ABC, to address these challenges. This research aims to uncover the root problems of the company to identify implementable solutions. Several analyses are employed in this study, including General Environment Analysis, Industry Analysis, and Competitor Analysis for external insights. For internal analysis, resources analysis, value chain analysis, marketing mix, and STP analysis are utilized. The study then progresses to map SWOT analysis and TOWS analysis. From these analyses, weaknesses and strengths of the company are identified, guiding the formulation of appropriate strategies to compete in the market. The research reveals that PT ABC possesses several strengths that have enabled the company to endure over time. Noteworthy strengths include its reputation and a skilled human resource pool in project management, garnering attention in the project management industry. Additionally, the company has a competitive advantage through technological innovation in its application, setting it apart from competitors and providing potential added value when maximized. However, there are areas for improvement, such as refining the application products and establishing a dedicated marketing team to focus on promoting all of PT ABC’s products rather than just one.

Banking Industry in Indonesia: Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) and the Competition Landscape

Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise of the Republic of Indonesia (BUMN) recently created Ultra Micro Holding BUMN consisting of PT BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), PT Pegadaian and PT PNM Permodalan Nasional Madani. Ministry of BUMN appoints PT BRI as the parent company. Ultra Micro Holding has a vision for the prosper of financial inclusivity by provide various conveniences and lower cost of borrowing funds with a broader reach, deepening of services, and sustainable community empowerment. The government want make Indonesia as developed countries by accelerating ultra-micro segment, through strengthening economic resilience and quality growth, reducing inequality, and improving the quality of human resources, especially Ultra Micro entrepreneurs through empowerment.
