Designing a Business Growth Strategy Formulation for Cita Rasa Coffee and Eatery

 Intense competition, fluctuating client numbers, growing raw material costs, insufficient brand awareness, unstable financial situations, and inadequate business strategies are just a few of the difficulties Cita Rasa Coffee and Eatery faces. To find and create the best business strategies, this study makes use of the Business Model Canvas, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), SWOT analysis, Internal-External (IE) Matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE), and Internal Factor Evaluation
The value proposition, which consists of premium coffee quality, a range of Indonesian coffee, traditional snacks, and a board gaming area as a main attraction, is strengthened by the use of the Business Model Canvas. In addition to highlighting strengths like superior raw materials, a prime location, and knowledgeable staff, internal study also points out flaws like inadequate marketing, reliance on suppliers, and a lack of online shopping choices. The expanding coffee culture trend, favorable local economic conditions, and technology improvements that can improve operational efficiency, on the other hand, are opportunities highlighted by outsider study. Threats like growing prices for raw materials, fierce competition, and shifting consumer spending power, however, continue to be difficulties.

This study develops growth strategies based on the findings of the IE Matrix and SWOT analysis, which are subsequently ranked using AHP. The suggested tactics include establishing new locations, branching out into reasonably priced mobile coffee services, working with neighborhood organizations on a regular basis, maximizing social media interaction, and increasing online shopping choices via sites like Grab, ShopeeFood, and Gojek. The objectives of these strategic methods are to increase Cita Rasa Coffee and Eatery’s competitiveness, broaden its market reach, and create financial stability.

Propose New Marketing Strategy for the New Branch of Café Kopi Madi

In 2019, Covid-19 that hit Indonesia greatly affected all segments. The decline in sales and revenue received by the company has made some businesses unable to withstand this pandemic. However, in 2022, Indonesia has begun to be free from the Covid-19 pandemic, little by little. Kopi Madi is a coffee shop that was built in 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic was still hitting Indonesia. But Kopi Madi has survived until now because of the products offered and requests from customers that continue to increase every year. And in 2023, Madi Coffee has expanded its wings and opened its first branch in the Tebet area, South Jakarta. Seeing the increase in income derived from Kopi Madi, the owners opened branches to expand their market. However, from the sales results for the first and second months, Kopi Madi (Tebet) is very far from being successful. Therefore, this research was also conducted to find out what strategies are suitable for Kopi Madi (Tebet) in increasing its sales.

This study aims to investigate effective marketing strategies to increase sales at Kopi Madi (Tebet). In a competitive industry like coffee shops, it is important for business owners to develop and implement the right marketing strategy to attract customers and increase revenue. The analysis used is a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the internal and external data of Kopi Madi (Tebet). And the results obtained from processing the data will be formulated using the SWOT Analysis and TOWS Matrix to find a suitable strategy. And after getting the strategy to be implemented, a plan is needed to implement the strategy at Kopi Madi (Tebet).

Business Model Strategies to Built A Sustainable Economy for Agrotourism at Coffee Farming in Kopi Warga Study Case: Terminal

Millennial employees had a higher turnover intention is increasing lately and it creates a bigger problem in the job industry, A recent study shows, that most Millennials are assigned to work just to fulfill pressure from their inner circle, so they chose to bury their dreams. The establishment of Terminal is offered to abridged this current problem. Most of the turnover occurs in the company affected by the millennial workforce who feel dissatisfied with their own work, or else the reversed expectation. Terminal will people with an early career stage, currently called as fresh graduates to help them find a perfect career path with the enhanced activities exploration. one of the key activities that will be tested is in Gunung Wayang, this research aims for determining the most critical and important factor impacting the acceptance of the business strategy in Agrotourism in Gunung Wayang towards terminal and execute design to be implemented for Terminal in Agrotourism in Gunung Wayang to help the agrotourism develop better in the future the research method that is used in this study is using Qualitative data analysis, through the use of an observation method such as a case study and semi-structured interview. Finally, data analysis was performed gathered data such as taped video, and audio were analyzed and coded respectively, it was used for data analysis primarily for qualitative research, and triangulation to ensure the validity and reliability of the gathered data. The correlation between the TPB and the semi structured interview that has been conducted is ruled by the positive tendencies which resulted on the both three variables the attitude towards behavior, subjective norm and the perceived behavioral control for the percentage respectively 58.3%75% and 75%. The rest of the result it is dominated by the neutral tendencies which is giving a results in the variable attitude towards behavior for 41.7%, subjective norm 12.5% and the perceived behavioral control 25% and lastly it is the negative tendencies which is resulting on the last position for one votes or 12.5% in the subjective norm variable only according to the research that has been done variables in TPB such as attitude towards behavior and perceived behavioral control give a positive tendencies towards respective subject on determining the most critical and important factor on determining business strategy creation for Terminal. In the following years, it is expected that there will be a comprehensive curriculum and structured timeline in the project execution.
