The post-pandemic landscape, local war conflicts has heightened intensively the importance of emotional intelligence and professionalism in the workplace. Employers prioritize these transferable skills alongside technical abilities when achieving quality standards and measure efficiency. The article advocates for integrating non-technical skills into the curricula of TVET institutions in broad a scale thus enhancing and transforming educational methods, and assessments to better prepare students for competitive and changing industries. It also highlights the relevance of Professional Ethics in engineering education, suggesting that ethical considerations should be woven into academic programs.
