Inclusive tourism has gained increasing attention as a means to provide accessible and enriching experiences for diverse groups of visitors. This study aims to identify the determinants of inclusive tourism in Borobudur Temple, a renowned Buddhist heritage site in Indonesia, using a mixed-methods approach. The research integrates qualitative and quantitative methods, employing descriptive analysis, a survey with 305 respondents, validity and reliability assessments, as well as confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) conducted with SPSS and JASP tools. The qualitative phase involves in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with various stakeholders. Following the qualitative phase, a survey is conducted to quantitatively measure the identified determinants of inclusive tourism. A structured questionnaire is administered to 305 visitors to Borobudur Temple, incorporating Likert-scale items related to the identified themes. Descriptive analysis is used to summarize the responses and provide an overview of visitors’ perceptions of inclusive tourism. The validity is assessed through content validity, ensuring the questionnaire items adequately represent the construct of inclusive tourism. Reliability is evaluated using internal consistency measures, such as Cronbach’s alpha, to examine the consistency and stability of the questionnaire’s items. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is conducted to test the measurement model and assess the fit between the data and the proposed theoretical framework. Accelerating the Digital Transformation in Bank XYZ

In current fast-paced and highly competitive business climate, organizations progressively recognize the necessity of embracing digital transformation. Due to developments in technology and the unprecedented effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the banking sector is one of the sectors that has experienced significant disruptions. Digital transformation has become increasingly crucial for banks to remain competitive, sustain business continuity, and meet shifting customer demands. However, the mere adoption of digital technologies is insufficient. In order to adapt with the digital era, it is essential to assess the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives. As Bank XYZ started and continued to undergo their digital transformation, the company has measured its digital maturity the prior year and the result leaned toward the “Digital Master” stage. However, there could be indications that the digital transformation has not been implemented optimally. Using the Digital Mastery and the Digital Transformation Compass framework, the research emphasizes the importance of accelerating digital transformation for Bank XYZ through digital maturity and digital transformation evaluation to analyse its digital transformation progress while recognizing areas for improvement.

The result shows that the current digital maturity result display the same trend as the year prior that the company has reached the “Digital Master” stage affected by the current composition of senior executives and the availability of strategic agenda that drives the digital transformation within the company. However, when the digital transformation was analysed further, the transformation progress is still in the moderate level. It can be concluded that that while initiatives have been implemented, there are improvements need to be made with the aim of advancing Bank XYZ’s digital transformation process. This research proposes business solutions that focuses on enhancing synergies withing the organization to accelerate the digital transformation.

Green Purchasing Implementation in Procurement Process of Kitchen’s Goods in Improving Environmental Awareness at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran

This study focuses on efforts to minimize the usage of single use materials by prioritizing the development of green products through the implementation of green purchasing by selecting suppliers and understanding the 3R impacts of reduce, reuse, and recycle in the procurement of kitchen’s goods in improving environmental awareness at the Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran hotel. This study aims to analyse the implementation of green purchasing in the procurement process of kitchen’s goods in improving environmental awareness at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection through direct observation of the process of procuring kitchen’s goods based on the implementation of green purchasing, which will have positive benefits in improving environmental awareness at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran. Interviews were conducted with the assistant purchasing manager and purchasing agent of Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran, along with a documentation study method related to implementing green purchasing in the procurement process of kitchen’s goods in improving environmental awareness at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran. The results of this study indicate that Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran has not optimally implementing green purchasing because there are several obstacles, such as the price of goods with environmentally friendly packaging tends to be more expensive, difficult to obtain, and the limitations of suppliers who can provide kitchen’s goods using environmentally friendly packaging. However, the purchasing section has gradually made an effort to replace items that use 100% conventional plastic with items that can be recycled.

Theoretical Investigation on Highly Efficient Quinacridone Derivatives for Green Dopant OLEDs: A DFT Simulation

The present computational work deals with the Quinacridone green dopant theoretical organic light emitting diode molecule has been carried out with density functional theory by using Gaussian09 package. All the quantum chemical calculations have been performed with HF, B3LYP and B3PW91 functional methods. The structural parameter, bond topological analysis and the corresponding electrostatic and transport properties of the OLED molecule has been calculated. The laplacian of electron density and bond ellipticity of molecule have been studied for various optimized methods. The atomic charges of the molecule for different optimized methods has been analysed with AIM, MPA and NPA charges. The HLG of the molecule are calculated from different optimized basis sets. The HF method value is 8.49 eV. The B3LYP and B3PW91 methods energy values are 3.13 eV and 3.12 eV respectively. These values are most equal to the energy gap obtained from density of states (DOS) spectrum. Hence, the ESP shows that expend of O-atoms and the charge accumulated through Quinacridone OLED molecule. The grateful Quinacridone green dopant derivative molecule is high quantum efficiency, longer lifetime and very useful to industrial organic pigment of these molecules.

Charge Transfer and Optical Characteristics of cyclopenta-diene based Oligomers

1,4-bis(2-(cyclopenta-1,3-dien-1-yl)ethyl)cyclopenta-1,3-diene [CCD] is one of the interesting oligomer with high charge carrier mobility and chemical stability. Based on the density functional theory (DFT), the electronic characteristics of four CCD molecules with various hetero atom substituents are investigated. The electronic of four CCD molecules with different hetero atom substituents are explored based on the density functional theory (DFT). The effects of substituents on the molecular structure, molecular orbitals, ionization energies, electron affinities, reorganization energy and crystal packing are analysed in detail to clarify the structure-property relationship of the studied molecules. The different crystal packing arrangements and intermolecular interactions of the studied molecules lead to differences in transfer integrals when introducing different substituents to the CCD molecule.

Factors Affecting Investment Decisions in the Gig Economy in the City of Bandung

Individual investors and policymakers who want to profit from this developing industry must comprehend the elements that affect their investment decisions in the gig economy. The goal of this research study is to present a thorough examination of the variables affecting investment choices in the gig economy. 410 respondents were used in a quantitative method approach for this. The gig economy in the city of Bandung served as the study’s respondents. The extent to which investment knowledge, risk, profitability, and financial knowledge affect investment decisions is examined in this study. The research’s conclusions provide light on a number of crucial variables affecting investment choices in the gig economy. As investors seek for possibilities with the potential for a good return on their capital, investment profitability first comes into play as the component that has the most of an impact. Due to the necessity of using “cold money” when investing, financial knowledge has the second-highest level of influence.The study also discovered that in the gig economy, investment knowledge had the least influence on choices. Despite the fact that research is necessary before beginning to invest. As a result, the researchers suggest a number of ways to improve investment knowledge, including reading articles and listening to podcasts, getting advice from those with experience, and going to investment seminars. All of it is doable for money or for free.

Total Productive Maintenance Strategy to Increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness of Integrated Filling Machine N2 Vaccine Production Pt. Xyz

 In the midst of production process to fulfilling the needs of n2 vaccine, several problems occur and cause the production process to be hampered. The high frequency of breakdowns that occurred became problems that results in longer production process and some products become rejected and cannot be absorbed as a whole to meet the production needs. Preventive maintenance that have been conducted so far are considered not optimal because there are more breakdown maintenance than preventive maintenance. History of the breakdown shows that 35% of the total number of production batches experiences failure of the machine in the production process experiences failure of the production process. The results of the study using quantitative analysis show that the OEE of the integrated Filling Machine is only 55%, far below the ideal OEE standard of 95%. A qualitative analysis also conducted to further explores the cause of the bottlenecks in the production process which involves the production and maintenance unit.

Study and analyses are conducted to find the root cause of high disturbances that results in losses and obstacle to production process. By using current reality tree, found that the main cause of the bottleneck in the production process on the high number of the breakdown in the Integrated Filling Machine is lack in maintenance activity which the preventive maintenance that conducted doesn’t have clear procedure then coupled with the maintenance team’s habit that prefer to work in breakdown maintenance than preventive maintenance.

To solve the problem three alternative solutions are prepared to be choose. The alternative solutions are Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Principal’s service agreement. All of the alternative solution is selected with consideration of production needs with their respected advantages and disadvantages. Of the three alternative solutions provided, Analytical Hierarchy process will be conducted to determine which alternative is more likely to be implemented. Planned maintenance was chosen as the best solution that meet the needs of each stakeholder with the most mitigable risks and has advantages that can solve the problems that occur.

The matter has force government to enforce more strict regulation for reducing the cause of climate change, one of the main cause is the reducing of planet earth’s green area. Therefore, it affecting all business operation of forest company. In addition, the matter becoming much worst due to massive illegal logging and other acts of reducing forest without responsibilities to mend the damage. The affected companies including PT. ASIALOG are experiencing in lower revenue, this circumstance push the company to finding alternative business opportunity.

It author goal to formulating marketing strategy with finding strong alternative product for the company. nevertheless, there are several critical points to address, the company declare specific request for the alternative business limited to current company’s area of operation. In this research, the method author used is qualitative research through structured interviews with various stakeholders in the industry and framework used is marketing mix 7Ps with preliminary framework of STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning). The main point is compare target market of current PT. ASIALOG with alternative business of tugboat and barge using Porter’s five forces template. Following the study, author find alternative business of tugboat and barge for PT ASIALOG is competitive sound and profitable in long term. Based on Porter’s five forces analysis, aspects with high threat level of current business is 21 compare to alternative business of tugboat and barge with 5 aspects. Following the target market analysis, author purposing brand positioning using brand concept image management. The brand image divide into two aspects of functional and symbolic to formulating marketing strategy using marketing mix 7Ps. Overall, author conclude that the alternative business for PT. ASIALOG is competitive and profitable in long term.

ESG Integration into Company Valuation: Case Study of PT Surya Energi Indotama

The commitment of Indonesia to the Paris Agreement has prompted the government to issue regulations supporting the development of renewable energy in the country. Utilizing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria allows investors to align their values with their investments and effectively evaluate a company’s risk management capabilities. Companies that prioritize ESG principles, particularly those involved in renewable energy production, can seize opportunities arising from this situation. PT Surya Energi Indotama (SEI), a company that has not engaged in equity funding before, aims to capitalize on these opportunities. To assess the value of PT SEI, both absolute valuation and relative valuation methods are employed.
