Community Conflict Resolution Model in Climate Central Sulawesi Investment

This study is based on the view that Central Sulawesi is a region with increasingly rapid development of the Investment Climate. Not only positive impacts that always occur but also negative impacts. The presence of the state to provide security and comfort to investors is one thing that is needed, on the other hand the state must also be present to provide justice to citizens related to the condition of the region that is always explored by certain parties. The state that is present as a manifestation of the mediator between investors and citizens must present a balance. However, the balancing tool used is of course the law, which is manifested in the form of policy. policies often create inequality between investors and citizens, therefore the law of harmony is present in an innovative form as a manifestation that the law is not arbitrary and not a tool of power, and by the Law of Harmony considers that the Law is the Resultant of an agreement on the goals to be achieved. The desired legal study will be poured into the form of a policy pattern. The pattern born in this study is the antithesis of comparative studies.

Thermal Conductivity, Density and Calorific Value of Sargassum Fluitans and Sargassum Natans Species

In this study, we obtained the values of the thermodynamic properties of sargassum that includes S. fluitans and S. natans species, which are the ones that most arrive at the coasts of the Mexican Caribbean. The sargassum samples, collected at the coast, were dried in a direct type of solar dryer and their final relative humidity was 15% dry base. Two physical models were designed to construct biscuits of 0.0127 m in diameter and 0.0063 m in length, which were used to obtain the density and calorific value and those used for thermal conductivity, were 0.069 m in diameter and 0.008 m thick. The density resulted in . To determine the calorific value, a commercial calorimetric pump was used, and the value obtained was . For thermal conductivity, a device that employs the hot plate and guard method was designed and built and its value was . These values indicate that it is possible to use dehydrated sargassum to produce energy, which has approximately a value of 75% of that obtained for sugar cane bagasse. With these three values and using the thermal diffusivity definition equation, this last parameter was calculated in

Crude Oil Price Forecasting Using Hybrid Heuristic Model and Fuzzy C-Means on Type 2 Fuzzy Time Series

Forecasting world crude oil prices needs to be done because it has an essential role in Indonesia’s economy, so an accurate and efficient forecasting approach is needed. This research combines heuristic and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) models on Type 2 Fuzzy Time Series (T2FTS) to forecast crude oil prices. T2FTS, an extension of Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) by adding observations, is used to enrich the fuzzy relationship of the Type 1 model and can improve forecasting performance. FCM is used to determine unequal interval lengths and heuristic models to optimize fuzzy relations by identifying crude oil price movements using up and down trends. The data used in this study is the price of Brent crude oil as one of the benchmarks for world crude oil prices from 1 January 2023 – 31 May 2024. Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) measures accuracy in assessing forecasting results. The results showed that the combination of heuristic and FCM models in T2FTS gave accurate results, as evidenced by the MAPE value obtained, which was 1.50%, so it fell into the excellent category.

A total of n=120 fish and shell fish samples belong to different families and tidal zones in ocean and estuarine environment were analyzed to isolate V. alginolyticus  using standard microbiological techniques. The results revealed a significant presence of V. alginolyticus in the seafood samples. Meretrix meretrix exhibited the highest contamination rate at 66.6%, followed by Mugil cephalus with 58.33%. Whereas, Lactarius lactarius showed the least contamination rate at 16.6%. Other species also showed varying levels of contamination. The contamination of the pathogens were common in the benthic organisms when compared to pelagic.  The findings underscore the potential health risks associated with consuming raw or undercooked seafood. To mitigate these risks, stringent food safety measures, including proper handling, storage, and cooking practices, are crucial. Further research is necessary to identify factors contributing to V. alginolyticus contamination in seafood and develop effective prevention strategies.

Financial Literacy and Investment Decisions among Youth: An Analysis Using Prism of Age

Modern financial management relies on financial literacy, which affects investment decisions. To make smart savings, borrowing, and investment decisions in the increasingly complicated financial world, one must grasp and utilize financial facts. Younger investors’ decisions have received attention as they become more interested in financial markets. Studies reveal financial competence, risk tolerance, and societal effect affect these choices. Traditional financial education and modern social influence create a unique atmosphere where new investors are informed and affected by multiple sources. This accessibility has raised concerns regarding impulsive and speculative investment methods, as younger investors may trade high-risk securities without fully understanding the hazard. While the financial literacy initiatives are performing well in their execution, more thorough study is needed to investigate their influence on young investing behavior. Some particular research questions about how the socio-economic elements are related with financial literacy; and investment decisions and how the financial literacy influences the investment decisions among the youth have been tried to be answered thorough this research. This study is confined to the state of Himachal Pradesh, further grounded on both quantitative as well as qualitative approaches to gather data from a random sample of 631 respondents with the help of online surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Data has been synthesized using descriptive statistics such frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, variance, skewness, and kurtosis. After then, demographic characteristics, particularly the age of respondents has been used to cross-tabulate the associations. The hypotheses were examined using Chi-Square Test of Independence and ANOVA/F-test. The survey highlights the critical relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions among youth, with age playing a central role in shaping both financial knowledge and investment behaviors. Enhancing financial literacy through education could lead to better investment decisions, improved confidence, and more informed financial behaviors among the youth.

New Conceptual Paradigm of Autistic Spectrum Disorder

The two dimensions currently included in international classifications should include a third defining dimension, regarding to the analysis of intensity of needs relationship to the main parameters of psychoneural information processing, within the so-called processual dimension: – perception and sensory memory, – encoding and categorical grouping, – access of information to permanent memory, and – recovery of information in semantic terminology. These new criteria constitute basic elements governing the neurocerebral process in a global sense, which will allow the persistence or improvement of observable social and restrictive-stereotyped behaviours related to the two dimensions included in the currently classifications.

An exhaustively analysed Case Study in all its evolution over 32 years, has allowed successive comparative analyses regarding the differential phases with the specific autistic diagnosis, whose final results allowed confirming new paradigmatic findings of new paradigmatic definitions of autistic disorder, its differential diagnostic processing and, therefore, the new specific kinds of psychoeducational intervention.
