More specifically the study focuses on teaching through the comic game that is “played” with fixed and moving cards in the personalized dossier which use as a 3D cognitive engine.

The methodology of the case study of the deaf student is oriented towards the educational model for disabilities and applicate the pedagogical tool TISIPofSET. According to this, the teacher applies the pedagogical principles that state that it is a Targeted, Individual, Didactically Structured Differentiated, Inclusive, Special Education Program and Training in the secondary for the deaf. With the intervention methodology of special educational needs [SENs] for deafness, the teacher in the secondary class differentiates the events and dialogues between the characters and the comedian, according to the text, individualizing memory and concentration skills so that the student to understand the content of a specific text with the illustrated rendering of the Homeric epic.

Results present data from evaluation files of five instructional interventions focusing on visual memory readiness, student imagination, text comprehension, and memorization with differentiated instruction through comic card games. In the conclusions it is noted that interventions in language skills from the neurodevelopmental areas of mental abilities and emotional organization support bilingual differentiated and balanced teaching.

Evaluation of Prevention of Patients at Risk of Falls in Nurses in Inpatient Department: A Qualitative Case Study

Patient safety is an essential component of quality health services. However, patient care still has shortcomings, especially in patient safety incidents such as patients being injured due to falls. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of prevention for patients at risk of falling in nurses in the inpatient department in a hospital setting. This qualitative research with a case study approach was conducted from February to April 2024 in a government hospital in Lampung, Indonesia. A total of 20 informants consisting of 10 implementing nurses as the primary informants, one head of nursing, one secretary of the Committee for Improving Quality and Patient Safety, five heads of inpatient rooms, and three patients at risk of falling as supporting informants were recruited purposively. In-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and observations were conducted for data collection. Thematic analysis was used for data analysis. The implementation of prevention of patients at risk of falling in nurses in the inpatient department has been employed in the form of providing facilities, facilities, and completeness of the assessment form for patients at risk of falling, and the existence of standard operational procedures on prevention of patients at risk of falling. However, some of the available facilities are damaged and must be repaired. In addition, some nurses still need to learn how to conduct a fall risk assessment. It is recommended that the director and hospital management immediately improve facilities to support the implementation of fall risk prevention and that there be regular training for all nurses related to filling out fall risk assessments in the hospital.

Assessing Organizational Restructuring and Crafting Solutions to Manage Workload in Shared Service and Support Unit – PT Telkom Regional III

This study aims to evaluate the impact of organizational restructuring on employee workload and satisfaction in the Shared Service & Support Unit of PT Telkom Regional III. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative data collected through questionnaires, secondary data, and open surveys or discussions. The analysis results indicate that the average weekly overtime hours increased from 3 hours to 6.7 hours, with 43% of employees reporting a significant increase in workload, 43% indicating high stress levels, and more than 71.4% feeling burdened by their tasks since the restructuring. Furthermore, the factors causing excessive workload were identified using a Fishbone Diagram, which included a 55% reduction in the number of employees from 22 to 10, inefficient work processes, and a lack of technological investment. Based on these findings, workload management strategies were developed using the NASA TLX method and job design principles. These strategies include task redistribution, enhanced employee training, and the use of technology to automate manual tasks. The implementation of these strategies is expected to reduce excessive workload and improve employee well-being and satisfaction, thereby supporting operational efficiency and overall organizational success.

A Modish Glance of Integer Solutions to Non-homogeneous Cubic Diophantine Equation with Three Unknowns 7 (x2-xy+y2)= 12 z3

The main thrust of this paper is focused on determining varieties of non-zero distinct integer solutions to the non-homogeneous ternary cubic Diophantine  equation 7 (x2-xy+y2)= 12 z3 . Various choices of integer solutions to the above equation are obtained by reducing it to the equation which is solvable, through employing suitable transformations and applying the factorization method.

Optimization of Staffing Levels and Personnel Budgeting Through Standardized Job Descriptions and Workload Analysis: A Case Study of Operations Director 1’s Projects at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) TBK

This research addresses the critical business issue of optimizing staffing levels and streamlining personnel budgeting within WIKA through the standardization of job descriptions and the determination of optimal personnel numbers. The study, driven by three key research questions, involved analyzing data from 26 medium-scale projects using Lean Office tools and Workload Analysis formats. Standardizing job descriptions led to a significant reduction in redundancies, with the Commercial section decreasing from 81 to 74 roles, Engineering from 37 to 21, and Finance & HC from 34 to 24. Optimal staffing levels were established by validating average working times with expert judgment, resulting in a more efficient allocation of human resources. This optimization saw the Finance & HR team reduce from 6 to 5 employees, Engineering from 9 to 8, and Commercial from 6 to 5, increasing individual work times and ensuring alignment with operational needs. Proper budget standards for personnel costs were developed by comparing historical and current data, leading to significant cost savings: Rp 243.69 million in Finance & HC, Rp 213.91 million in Engineering, and Rp 127.02 million in Commercial. These findings demonstrate that WIKA can enhance its operational performance and efficiency by implementing standardized job descriptions, optimal staffing levels, and accurate budget standards. Recommendations include adopting these standards across all medium project classifications and maintaining regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement, ultimately supporting sustainable growth in the construction industry.
