The primary objective of this research approach is to delve deeply into participants’ thoughts, feelings, and experiences to gain rich and nuanced insights into the phenomena under study. In conclusion, the research conducted on PT ACI underscores the importance of strategic initiatives in enhancing its business operations within the construction industry.
